Born as a person with a disability, Ronel Roux’s tenacity and self-determination proved that hard work can break the stereotypes people living with a visual impairment face on a daily basis. Ronel has studied and received many qualifications both in the IT and Educational Sectors and is proof of her dream today; changing the lives of people in all areas.
Having an avid passion for skills development, Ronel has been involved in the skills development process for many corporate institutions over the last 22 years, some clients include Young & Rubicam South Africa, GAAP Point of Sale & HP SA.
A vast knowledge of the SETA procedures and skills development legislation, makes Ronel one of the leaders in Skills Development in South Africa. Founder of the Black Swan Development Group (BSDG) & ironWILL, Ronel continues to contribute towards strategic skills development, education, empowerment and transformation as a mentor in the corporate environment.

As a learning and development professional Hape’s work experience has allowed her to fulfil her passion for the wellness and development of individuals in organisations. Her motto in life is “obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal”. Therefore, she embodies her motto through dedicating each day to focusing on aspects that will bring her closer to achieving personal and career goals.
Hape’s passion and knowledge have guided her success in learning and development within the Information and Communications Technology, Social development, Health and Welfare , and Utility Management Sectors. She believes that “it is not done unless it is done right”. Therefore, Hape commits herself to learning and enjoying the process of growth through resilience and steadfastness; with the aim to constantly search for ways to utilise her skills to the best of her ability and attributes. Hape’s vision is to provide superior service that reflects on her passion for her career and our clients.

Samantha Bezuidenhout
Samantha Bezuidenhout is a people’s person at heart. Having completed her degree in Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, Samantha has always found herself drawn to career disciplines that involved the care, servicing, and motivation of people.
Having started her marketing/advertising career as a Traffic Co-Ordinator at Native. A company now known as VML South Africa, she sought to pursue her love for learning and development by taking on the role of People Accelerator to educate, motivate and lead the next leaders in the advertising industry.
Over the last few years, Samantha has held several positions: in Client Service, Project Management, Social Media Management, and Online Marketing. Her latest achievements mark her seats on Boards as an Executive and Non-Executive Director in both the Healthcare Recruitment and Professional Services Industries.
With her will and desire for knowledge, Samantha takes pride in all that she does and hopes to one day be able to alter the face of Marketing in these industries.
As a young, inspiring Marketer, Samantha seeks to encourage young professionals to dream big and go for their goals. Education is the key to success, and she believes that one is never too young or too old to learn something new that will take you on your next adventure.
Rudie’s unique career thus far has truly equipped him with a seldom found diverse skill. Combining an exceptional technical information technology and underwriting, brokerage, insurance and real estate background with capabilities to sell, communicate and interact with people gives him the upper edge in enterprise sales.
His exposure to international markets and experience gathered working on international cross border I T projects has strengthened his ability to work with different levels in a multitude of diverse organisations in an array of territories.
Rudie is a professional problem solver with an exceptional skill in business management and information technology. He is a certified TOGAF Architect and completed a post graduate at the University of Wales.
